DELIVERY

Due to all our products being handmade to order, we have different lead times for different items. For example – hardware accessories may have a 5-7 days lead time, finished furniture or larger or more complex bespoke orders may take up to 4-6 weeks. Please see individual product details for current fabrication lead times. Stated lead times do not include days required for delivery.

 

Once dispatched you will receive your order within 1-3 days. This only applies to mainland UK locations. Please be aware that delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight and the Channel Island’s might take a little longer, might cost more or even may not be possible due to the size of the parcel (mainly applies to custom size products).

 

We aim to make the delivery of your order as smooth and convenient as possible. Smaller items will be delivered by an external parcel delivery service (e.g. Evri, Parcel2Go etc.). Medium sized items, table legs and small frames with be delivered by Parcelforce. Large items, finished furniture and larger fully welded frames will be delivered by our own delivery service. If we dispatch your order using external courier, then we will send you a dispatch notification with tracking information. We ask you to provide your phone number when placing your order so that you can be contacted if there are any issues with the delivery. We do not use your phone number or address details for any other reason.

UK DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are calculated on checkout and vary dependent on the size, weight and how the item needs to be sent.

 

All deliveries are charged at cost and are calculated so the largest item ordered is charged at full rate and each additional item is charged at the lower rate shown on the item.

 

CHANNEL ISLANDS AND NORTHERN IRELAND

UK delivery charges do not include Channel Islands or Northern Ireland. Please contact us for pricing if you live in these parts of the UK.

 

COLLECTION

We offer free collection straight from our workshop here in Newton Abbot, Devon. Please contact us by email or phone when placing the order and our team will contact you when your items are ready for collection. On collection your delivery charge will be refunded to your original payment method.

 

PURCHASING MULTIPLE ITEMS

If you’re ordering multiple items, the delivery price will recalculate automatically so you only pay full rate postage on the largest item, each additional item will be calculated at a lower rate. If you are looking to order 5 items or more and are located in mainland UK, then please get in touch as we will most likely be able to offer you a reduced delivery rate.

 

DAMAGES

All our items are handmade to order, they are thoroughly checked and carefully wrapped before dispatch. In the unlikely event that item has been fabricated incorrectly, has obvious defects or arrived damaged, we will offer to replace the item free of charge with the quickest possible lead time. Any damages or defects must be reported to us within a period of 14 days following delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are very proud that all our products are handcrafted in England and love to see them travelling far and wide across Europe. Unfortunately, due to the extraordinary nature of current events, we no longer offer international delivery. We continually monitor the situation, and hope to get back to business as usual, as quickly as possible, but for now – thank you for your patience and continued support.
