So instead of throwing away the whole thing, why not to re-use the cushions, as this is the most expensive part of the whole seating sets. Hence these frames have been designed with a conscious purchase in mind allowing you to re-use the cushions you have from your old outdoor seating set, which is good for the planet and for your wallet. These frames are made using aluminium, meaning that they will never rust and will last you a life time. No more wasting money! And the best part is that we can fully customise all the sizes to suit your existing cushions. - Arrives as 2 fully welded sofa bases.
- Made of 50.8×50.8 mm (2′ x 2′) and 38.1×38.1 mm (1 1/2′ x 1 1/2′) aluminium box sections and aluminium sheet.
- Seat height – 30 cm.
- 2-Seater sofa frame width – 130 cm.
- 2-Seat corner sofa frame overall width – 144 cm.
- Overall depth – 79 cm.
- Overall height – 68.5 cm.
- When pushed together overall measurements are L209 x L144 x H68.5 cm .
- The bottom of the legs are finished with plastic caps to protect your patio from scratching.
- As standard suitable for 4x 65x65cm seat cushions, 3x W65 x H32-40cm backrest cushions, 2x W63 x H32-40cm corner backrest cushions.
- Fully customisable.
- Bases finished in architectural grade powder coating, that offers a tough and hard wearing finish.
- Aluminium frames can be powder coated in any non-standard colour from the RAL chart – thermaset.co.uk

Due to all products being made to order we unfortunately do not accept returns. But we understand that sometimes things go wrong and we are here to help.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please give as a call on 07541 644 712 and we will try to assist you as much as we can. Although please be aware that if order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel it.
Faulty and Damaged Items
All our items are handmade to order, then thoroughly checked and carefully wrapped before dispatch. In the unlikely event that item has been handcrafted incorrectly, has obvious defects or arrived damaged, we will offer to replace the item free of change with the best possible lead time. Any damages or defects must be reported to us within a period of 14 days following delivery and pictures to prove it might be required.
